Shipping Policy

Prabhatbooks.net tied up with leading logistic service providers and aims to deliver the processed orders in the quickest possible delivery time. Here we are committed to deliver all your orders accurately in good condition and on time.

Regular Shipping:

Currently we are catering to all major cities across India. Our standard delivery lead time shall be 10-15 business days excluding the date of shipping. In some cases, it may takes up to 15 working days to ship the order as we have to manufacture the whole product keeping in mind the quantity. Shipping process will not be operational on Sundays and general public holidays. 

Cash On Delivery:

 We request all customers to check for COD availability for your Pincode while ordering the product.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges to be calculated on the basis of pincode, weight and volume. At initial charges would be at rate of Rs.150 for each delivery.

Other queries:

If the product is not in good condition, or packaging is tampered or damaged then refuse to take delivery of package make call to our customer care and send mail to us on shahbookcathedral@gmail.com

We make our best efforts to ensure the replacement at earliest.
